What is a Feed Reader? - A Feed Reader can gather news and information from all over the Internet. The reader will deliver and sort it in one place. The development team for Google Reader compared a Feed Reader to an in-box for your favorite sites on the Internet. If you still aren't sure what RSS feeds are all about, check out this 3.5 minute video demonstration from CommonCraft.com. What Feed Reader do you recommend? - There are many quality Feed Readers out there and they all have their positives and negatives. You can find feed reading capabilities in Internet Explorer, many of the new Microsoft Office applications, Apple's Safari browser and more. Our current favorite Feed Reader is the free "Google Reader". Google Reader has a number of great features that allow you to easily organize and skim through your personalized news from the Internet. If you tend to read a lot of blogs or news sites on the Internet, a Feed Reader can be a great time saver.
