Updated Teaching Options
As always, we’ve updated our lessons with new teaching ideas, giving you even more choices to teach the content confidently and effectively. Depending on the lesson, you’ll find new skits, Images & Analogies, Media Mix suggestions, quotations, and more.
Training Video and Audio on the Support CD-ROM
We’ve beefed up our already beefy support materials with several how-to training videos covering things like navigating your H2H lesson, working with PowerPoint®, using our Member Download area, and more. These videos, along with several MP3 audio podcasts, will help build your skills and get you up-to-speed quickly on the basics of using your Head to the Heart materials. They might even remind you of a few things you may have forgotten!
Web-based FINKlinks™ Access
As with our Head to the Heart journals, our student worksheets (we call them “Thought-Time” sheets) now contain FINKlinks™, a special Web code that directs kids and parents to specific pages on www.faithink.com. FINKlinks™ allow families to play the FINKmania QuizBowl™ together online, listen to and/or purchase the specific Bible verse song for the week, and explore two weeks of additional, extended home devotions. FINKlink™ codes provide a new level of connectivity and interaction at home, helping to blur the lines between confirmation at church and faith talk in the family.

A Bible verse set to music “sticks” better. That’s the idea the talented artists of the Faith Inkubators’ Music Guild had in mind when they created Bible verse music for the Head to the Heart confirmation materials. In order to make it as easy as possible for everyone to sample this great, meaningful music (especially families at home), we’ve arranged to have all of our Bible verse tunes available for purchase from two of the most popular music downloading sites on earth: iTunes® and Amazon.com.
Enhanced Macintosh PowerPoint® Support
We’ve re-created our karaoke Bible verse teaching songs in QuickTime® format so users of PowerPoint® for Macintosh can have access to the same great memorization tools as Windows users. These songs are now available on each H2H Theme Set CD-ROM, and from our easy-to-use Member Download area.

These popular journals have been a hit because they simply do what they were designed to do—enhance confirmation at church, and equip parents at home. These journals can also simply replace the standard H2H Thought-Time sheets, saving you time at the copy machine each week. Part or all of this book resource cost may be moved from the church budget to individual participants and their families (In fact, churches having the most success with the journals have done just that.)
