When you become a Faith Stepping Stones Family Ministry member, you aren’t simply ordering workbooks for “class as usual.” You are plugging into a Christian education network dedicated to imaginative systems thinking, practical team building events and the creation and updating of the best family ministry resources available to transmit Christ’s love from the parent to child, from child to parent, within the home.

Here’s What Members Get
Membership entitles you to access our constantly growing, churning online library of thematic music, skits, cartoons, quotations, teaching aids, PowerPoint™, theme sets and home devotions for use in your Faith Stepping Stones ministry for one membership year. (365 days from the day we process your order)

• A redesigned and “beefed” up Member Manual: Formerly called the System Section, the Member Manual is your one-stop resource for learning about and equipping a congregation for Faith Stepping Stones. Within the Member Manual you will find FAQ’s, information on the brain research FSS is based on, building a quality Theme Event, explanations and ideas for each Stone, and Job Descriptions and Letters of Call for a few key roles in an effective Faith Stepping Stones ministry.
• Theme Sets: Each Stone comes with the necessary PowerPoint™ presentations, Print Masters, Blessing Service liturgy, and music that are needed for you to create a multimedia blast that will create a memorable experience for parents and their children. These Theme Sets are available to you to cut, paste, and adjust to your own style and needs. Each stone comes with three sessions: Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual all ending with a Blessing Service. (Note: Stone 4: My Bible counts as 2 Stones and is arranged for 8 sessions)
• PowerPoint™ Presentations: No workbooks or textbooks…we’re talking multimedia! Each theme set includes a full series of PowerPoint™ slides designed to outline your entire theme experience and make cartoons, quotations, karaoke music lyrics, game shows and all parts of your theme presentation fun, visual, animated and alive. There are also PowerPoint™ Presentations on Basic FINK Think, How the Brain Learns, and more that help you present the ideas and concepts behind Faith Stepping Stones.
• An FSS Support DVD: We captured an FSS One-Day training present by our Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Rich Melheim, and brought it to you! We’ve taken bite-size bits of video from the presentation for you to use to supplement your own training and spread the vision of Faith Stepping Stones. You’ll find: “Intro to FSS”, “The Method”, “The Eight Stones”, “Recruiting Your FSS Team”, and a sample Blessing Service (Graduation). I encourage you to use this DVD as a supplement, not a replacement for your trainings (somebody up front training is much better than watching a DVD)!
• A Separate Support CD-ROM: We’ve put all of our support resources all on one disk to access them easier. This is where you will find the Member Manual. Also, we’ve created some advertising templates for you to use to spread the word about your Stone Theme Events (postcards and posters). You’ll also find some articles written about Faith Stepping Stones that may provide some new, fresh ideas for you to strengthen you Faith Stepping Stones ministry.
• Web Forums: Your membership will give you access to a new members-only discussion forum. You will be able to exchange ideas, ask questions, and answer questions, etc. with your fellow Faith Inkubator members all over the world.
• Music: NRSV verbatim theme songs turn Bibles into hymn books and allow for memorization of scripture in song every night in every home. Music CDs, lyric sheets and full piano scores are included for each theme. CD’s for each of your families, for each Stone are available for purchase. The early Stone CD’s are lullabies for parents to use to put their child to sleep each night!
• Print Masters: This will help you plan each event and give you an in depth look at all of the pieces that can be part of the Theme Presentation. It also includes a guest handout that every participant.
• Image Gallery: Images for you to use in PowerPoint™, flyers, bulletins…basically anywhere you want!
•Tech Manual: This resource will teach you how to maximize your CD-ROM and the resources on it.

As a member, you also receive online support via forums at www.faithink.com, phone support with our toll free line at 1-888-55FAITH, and our FINKmonthly e-newsletter with tips, ideas and information on what’s new in the FINK network.

FINK Licenses its material. Why a License?
Faith Inkubators looked at a lot of models for the distribution of its systems. When it came right down to it, we liked the licensing approach that Christian Copyright Licensing, Inc. (those great music folks) use for their members. We like meeting our ministry partners and hearing from them each year. We don’t simply want to dump a curriculum on you and call it good. A license guarantees we hear from you each year. We also like building customer feedback into updates as we upgrade and tweak materials. Licenses allow us to do all that. FINK is a national learning organization. We build honest feedback into the design loop so each year our materials become better and better. We are committed to making our resources better every time you look at them. Part of your commitment to FINK is to tell us how we can do that.
